How much does a call-out cost?
Starts at £50 for the call-out (more if you're miles away - petrol costs money). Then it depends what's wrong. We'll always quote before we start.
What if you can't fix it on the spot?
Sometimes we can't. We'll tell you what's wrong and what needs to happen next. No charge for honesty.
Are your mechanics actually qualified?
Yes. Properly qualified, fully insured, background checked. Not just 'good with cars.'
What areas do you cover?
Kent mainly - Maidstone, Medway, Tonbridge, and surrounding areas. Expanding soon. Check if we cover you when you book.
Do I need to be there?
Ideally, yes. We need access to the car and someone to hand the keys to. If you can't be there, we can work something out.
What if I don't know what's wrong?
That's fine. 'It's making a weird noise' is a perfectly valid problem description. We'll figure it out.
