Questions We Get Asked A Lot
"Do you actually come to me?"
Yes. That's literally our whole thing. Mobile means we move. To you. Wherever you are.
"How fast can you get here?"
Depends where you are and what we're doing. Emergencies get priority. We'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
"Do I need to be there?"
Usually helpful, but not always necessary. Depends on the job. We'll let you know.
"What if you can't fix it?"
Then we'll tell you what needs to happen next. No charge for diagnosis if we can't help. We're not going to take your money and run.
